Enrollment Information

The enrollment procedure includes completion of forms in our enrollment packet.  This packet is available by scheduling an appointment to tour our center.  These forms include but are not limited to emergency, personal information pages, and documentation from your child’s physician.  Upon completion of this packet, payment of the registration fees, and available program space, your child will be placed.
