Thursday Night Bible Study

6 pm, Fireside Room • 8 pm, The Attic

We offer two mid-week Bible Studies every Thursday evening on the church campus.

The focus of these studies is to help us come to a better understanding of the scriptures and what God’s word means for us in regards to our modern problems in our modern society.

Our small group structure gives everyone the opportunity to express his or her thoughts. Through this time we are able to walk our lives in faith together, in an environment that is encouraging, supportive, and centered on our Lord, Jesus Christ.

Our “Pastor’s Bible Study” meets at 6 pm in the Fireside Room.

Our “Late Bible Study” meets at 8 pm in “The Attic”.

Studies are led by Fuller Graduate and Arcadia Methodist Hospital Chaplain Lori Koutouratsas and Pastor Zac Kintner.

Ishah Ministry - Encouraging women to encounter God through prayer & fellowship!

Our Vision: To provide an environment where women are encouraged and guided in their spiritual growth!

We have unique views, concerns and questions that only other women can understand. Through our walk of faith in Jesus Christ we have inherited a family and we are called by God to encourage one another and lift up one another.

Join us in our journey to seek God’s wisdom, strength and love!

Gathering every 3rd Saturday of the month
 at SOPC, Room 8 from 4 – 6pm

Welcome! Please join us on Sunday morning for Education, Worship, and Fellowship.

What is prayer?

How does it work?

And more importantly, does it work?

The 9 am Adult Education Class is studying Prayer, a thought provoking and inspiring DVD series by Philip Yancey. Through discussion and short DVD segments, explore and experience the very heartbeat-the most fundamental, challenging, perplexing, and deeply rewarding aspect-of our relationship with God: Prayer. Everyone is welcome to join us in the Fireside Room at 9 am.

Youth meets in the Attic during the 10:00 hour. March's theme is Image and being yourself. Everyone is welcome.

Pre-school and elementary aged children begin the morning in Worship with their families. After singing the Doxology they are excused to their respective classes. Both pre-school/nursery and elementary children use a curriculum and learn about the love of Jesus. They also enjoy interactive music twice a month.

After Worship and education everyone is invited to enjoy fellowship and snacks on the patio. We hope to see you soon!
